Bristol Care & ISO Certification
Bristol Uniforms has achieved independent international recognition for the Bristol Care facility and has achieved certification to ISO 9001 for its garment care programme.
As part of the process of providing an integrated and comprehensive service to its customers, Bristol Uniforms is a leading advocate of an industry move towards offering a lifetime care service for PPE. Bristol Care, introduced in 2000, is Bristol Uniforms’ flexible PPE management solutions package which tailors the service provided to the specific needs of individual fire services.
BS EN ISO 9001 recognises Bristol Uniforms’ quality management systems for its Bristol Care programme citing the Company’s “….managed services for PPE (Heat and Flame Protective Clothing) and other products including tracking of PPE with aftercare”.
Accreditation to Article 11B recognises the thoroughness of the Company’s test methods for its protective clothing and production monitoring system.
